

Vancouver, BC – March 7, 2013 – Corpus Christi College (www.corpuschristi.ca), Western Canada’s exclusive Liberal Arts undergraduate college today unveiled a new brand identity designed to further reinforce the institution’s primary strength and growing reputation for leadership development.
Inspired by a 1957 Lionel Thomas bronze sculpture, the new logo exemplifies the qualities of strength, determination and confidence, yet nurturing – the characteristics of inspirational leadership.

VANCOUVER, MARCH 18 – Following an international search conducted with the assistance of an executive search firm, the Board of Directors of both Colleges announced the appointment of Rev. Dr. Mark Hagemoen as President of Corpus Christi College and Principal of St. Mark’s College, effective July 1, 2011, for a five-year term. Corpus Christi, the liberal arts college, and St. Mark’s, the theological college affiliated with the University of British Columbia (UBC), are both located on the Vancouver campus of the university.
We are in the process of redeveloping our website. We have just completed the first phase of this project, which involved reprogramming our website in Drupal 6, an open-source content management system that allows our staff to make all updates in-house. Over the next several months, we will be editing and refining content, re-organizing the information, posting more videos, and adding new functionalities such as improved navigation and more online forms. Dr. John J. Stapleton, Principal of St. Mark's College and President of Corpus Christi College in Vancouver, received the honorary Doctor of Sacred Letters degree from Regis College, the Jesuit Faculty of Theology at the University of Toronto. The degree was conferred on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Regis College's Thirty-Fourth Convocation.
