Join us for Conversations with Changemakers, featuring Harold Munro, Editor-in-Chief of the Vancouver Sun and The Province, for a conversation on The News We Need: Journalism in a Fractured Age.
Following Harold’s presentation, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a Fireside Chat and Q&A, moderated by Dr. Gordon Katic, Cullen Chair in Media and Communications at Corpus Christi College and St. Mark’s College.
About Harold Munro
Harold Munro began his career with the Vancouver Sun in 1986 as a general assignment reporter, covering high school sports before moving into civic and regional affairs.
Over the years, he served in several editorial leadership roles, including Assistant City Editor, City Editor, Chief News Editor, and Deputy Managing Editor. He became Editor-in-Chief of the Vancouver Sun in 2012 and added The Province to his portfolio in 2016.
Today, he leads a print and digital newsroom of award-winning journalists reaching more than one million readers each week. He is also the proud parent of several Corpus Christi alumni.
