Hummus Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cracks of freshly ground pepper
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika or za’atar (optional)
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Tortilla Chips Ingredients:

Note: Feel free to season them however you like

  • 3-5 large tortilla wraps (depending on serving size)
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic power
  • 4 cracks of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice
