PHIL 270: Philosophy of Art and Aesthetics

In this course, students will learn about core aesthetic concepts like beauty, the sublime and taste; engage key questions about art and morality, aesthetic virtue and aesthetic experience, and apply what they’ve learned to issues in environmental every day, Japanese and design aesthetics.
