Hummus Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons of water
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cracks of freshly ground pepper
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika or za’atar (optional)
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Tortilla Chips Ingredients:
Note: Feel free to season them however you like
- 3-5 large tortilla wraps (depending on serving size)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic power
- 4 cracks of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice
