LAUNCH 2025 is our welcome and orientation day for new and all incoming students.
It takes place on campus on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025.
We look forward to welcoming you and getting you ready for a great start at the colleges!

At LAUNCH, you will:
- Meet students (new and returning ) faculty, and staff
- Be welcomed by our President, Indigenous Leaders, and staff members
- Find out all you need to know about having a successful academic year through workshops/info sessions (eg. UPass, student ID cards, CWL, course expectations, extracurricular involvements, important info for international students, etc.)
- Get your photo taken for your Corpus Christi-St. Mark’s College student ID card
- Receive your “LAUNCH Welcome Merch Package” includes a T-shirt which we will ask you to wear that day.
- Enjoy fun activities and games
- Explore UBC Campus and compete in scavenger hunt to win prizes
- Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch and end the day with some ice cream

Morning
- 9:30 AM Registration
- 10 AM Welcome Address
- Games/Activities
- Info sessions by Student Services, Campus Life & Ministry, Academic Advising, Enrolment, and the Faculty
BBQ Lunch
Afternoon
- Scavenger Hunt (Explore CCC and UBC campus)
- Photos for student ID cards
- Games/Door Prizes/Hanging out with new Corpus friends
- Conclude with ice cream (end by 4pm)
COST
The fee for LAUNCH 2025 is covered through your student activity fees.
This event is reseved for new students registered in the Fall 2025 term at Corpus Christi College.

PARKING
Our campus parking lot is reserved for faculty and staff. The lot will be blocked off for activities. Parking can be found at UBC Campus. North Parkade and Rose Garden are teh closest to our college (https://parking.ubc.ca/map) View UBC PARKING UPDATES for available spots.
